1. Contest Organizer
This Contest is administered by DJ VIBE Events, in partnership with a participating local business, sponsor, or venue (the “Partner”), located in Ontario, Canada.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child), or household members of DJ VIBE Events, the Partner, or any affiliates are not eligible.
Contest is void outside Ontario and where prohibited by law.
3. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is required to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
4. How to Enter
Entrants must complete and submit the official online entry form during the contest period.
Required fields typically include: Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number.
Limit of one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
Incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
5. Contest Period
The Contest begins on May 4th, 12:00AM EST and ends July 20th, 12:00AM EST .
Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible.
6. Prize Details
Prize(s) will be clearly listed on the contest entry page or related promotional materials.
Common prizes may include: event tickets, dining vouchers, merchandise, or other sponsor-donated items.
Approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize will be specified.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value, unless stated otherwise.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
Winner(s) will be chosen by random draw from all eligible entries on or about August 1st 2025
The random draw will be conducted using a secure, computer-generated method to ensure fairness and impartiality.
The selected winner must answer a mathematical skill-testing question to claim the prize.
The selected winner will be contacted via email only, from the official DJ VIBE Events email address: djvibe@bookdjvibe.com.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring that this email address is not blocked or filtered into spam folders.
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours or fails to meet eligibility requirements, a new winner may be selected.
8. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow DJ VIBE Events and the Partner to use their first name, city, and/or photo for promotional purposes, including social media, email, and website content, without further compensation.
9. Prize Substitution
If any prize or prize component becomes unavailable, DJ VIBE Events and/or the Partner reserve the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value at their sole discretion.
10. Taxes and Fees
Any federal, provincial, or municipal taxes or fees associated with claiming the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
11. Privacy Policy
Entrants’ personal information will be collected and used solely by DJ VIBE Events and the Partner for the purpose of contest administration and future marketing.
Personal data will not be shared or sold to third parties.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
12. Limitation of Liability
DJ VIBE Events, the Partner, and all contest affiliates are not responsible for:
Technical issues, website outages, or server failures
Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
Unauthorized intervention or tampering
By entering, entrants release DJ VIBE Events, the Partner, and their affiliates from all liability related to participation or prize use.
13. Right to Cancel, Suspend, or Modify
DJ VIBE Events reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest in part or in full due to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor that impairs the integrity of the contest.
14. Disqualification Rights
DJ VIBE Events reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of cheating, fraud, spam entries, or violating these rules.
15. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All third-party names, logos, and trademarks referenced in relation to the prize are the property of their respective owners.
No endorsement or sponsorship is implied unless expressly stated.
16. Jurisdiction & Legal Compliance
This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable Canadian federal laws.
By participating, entrants agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
17. Acceptance of Rules
By submitting an entry, participants acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules.
The decisions of DJ VIBE Events and its Partners are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest.
18. Minimum Entry Requirement
A minimum of 200 eligible entries must be received before a winner is selected.
If this threshold is not met by the contest closing date, DJ VIBE Events reserves the right to extend the contest period or cancel the promotion entirely.
In the event of cancellation, no prize will be awarded.
